The Euro-American Lawyers Group’s semi-annual meeting was held in Hamburg between 8-11 November 2018.
Att. Milos Ivkovic’s speech on “Key Issues and Recent Developments in International Investment Treaty Arbitration” and Prof. Dr. Stefan Kroll’s speech on “Arbitration with an insolvent Party” were the major events of the meeting.
Next meeting was planned to be in Vienna, Austria.
